Payment Alternatives

STANDARD PAYMENT

A valid credit card is required. At such time as the registration, medical questionnaire, medical records and driver's license (or other acceptable photo ID showing date of birth) have been received and, your credit card will be charged for the consultation.

MONEY ORDER

If you do not have a valid credit card, we will accept payment in the form of a valid Money Order or Cashiers check. These funds must be received and validated at our bank prior to any consultation can be scheduled.

WESTERN UNION OPTION

For immediate results in setting up your Face to Face consultation, you can also send payment to us via Western Union. Please contact customer service for details.
