Drfacetoface.com ("DFTF") provides convenience and economic benefits to those seeking a medical consultation for a specific condition or problem.

All scheduling is conveniently handled directly by the client by selecting an appointment (date and time) from the doctor's availability and inquiries are handled by contact with an experienced live person. Under ordinary circumstances a client, after screening of the medical questionnaire and the medical records, receives an appointment for a face to face consultation with a fully licensed doctor at the location that is most convenient. Please see the locations of our doctors on the included list. Check back frequently as the list is updated as doctors are added.

Although the treatment plan is totally at the discretion of the doctor, in the case where medications(s) is prescribed, the prescription is usually for an initial one month supply with additional prescription issued by a monthly telephone consultation. After three 12-monthly telephone consultations another face to face is scheduled. In some cases, the doctor may require you to have a face to face each month or every third month.

It is agreed that the medical information provided to us from the client, the client's regular doctor, and the consulting face to face doctor may be securely utilized for the benefit and convenience of the client.

It is required that in addition to completing THE HEALTH STATUS AND MEDICAL HISTORY QUESITONNAIRE and submitting via fax the current medical records and photo ID the sections titled TERMS AND CONDITONS and PRIVACY must be read and agreed to.
